During a session

• Your microphone is used only during a session you start, and only after you allow it.
• If you share your screen or camera, it is only after you choose to, and you can stop sharing at any time.
• Nothing on your computer is changed without your permission.
• No card number, PIN or password is ever entered on this site.

Recording

Sessions may be recorded for quality and support. You are told before you speak.
